That is, until the handsome and devilish Frenchman, Maurice, comes to call. It seems that both ladies were once lovers of the Gallic charmer. As the champagne begins to flow and the women become more and more and more, well, relaxed…ooh la la!

With four CD releases and several high profile national tours – including a run with Matchbox Twenty – The Push Stars served to establish Chris as an authentic talent. The New York Times calls his work “classic pop perfection.” As a modern day singer–songwriter, Chris is most known for his song “This Time”, the Number 1 selling song on the Grammy nominated soundtrack for AUGUST RUSH (Robin Williams, Jonathan Rhys Meyers – Warner Bros Pictures).

Formed in 2004, Consider the Source features Gabriel Marin on fretless double-neck guitar, bassist John Ferrara, and drummer/percussionist Jeff Mann. Called “the guiding light for his generation of six-stringers”, Marin channels the mystical fury of McLaughlin and Coltrane into wailing melodies, kaleidoscopic soundscapes and boneshaking riffs. With a background in classical musics both Eurpoean and Indian, and an instinct for avant-jazz and destructive metal, Marin's hypnotic fusion of styles is ever unpredictable. Ferrara's propulsive, percussive attack, equally suited to simple grooves and impossible chords, can ground the music or launch it into space. His madcap gumbo of slap bass, Indian rhythms, earthy minimalism and complex tapping constantly pushes into strange new worlds, whilst still dropping thick booty-clap beats. Underneath them lies Mann's rolling thunder; dense rhythmic architecture built from pure swagger and bounce. Half double-bass prog-metal, half crackle-pop Buddy Rich swing, with African and Balkan swirls, Mann's muscular, freewheeling polyrhythms are the engine fuel for Consider's multiversal mischief. Even when not improvising, Consider's music is always a conversation, a roiling stew of dynamic interplay. Each member of Consider the Source alternately leads and follows, spars and assists; in any single song, alliances are made and broken, bargains struck and divorces finalized.

Over 4,000 people will wear their best military gear to the American Red Cross headquarters at 786 Delaware Avenue to enjoy food and drink from some of the area’s best restaurants while dancing the night away to the music of Signature Entertainment’s DJs and a live performance by the one and only Lance Diamond. BASH*2014 guests will also have the opportunity to bid on dozens of unique auction items donated by members of the Western New York community, including vacations, original works of art, jewelry and much more. All proceeds from The BASH stay right here to support the American Red Cross, Serving Erie & Niagara Counties’ mission of preventing, preparing for and responding to disaster in Western New York. Last year, BASH*2013 raised over $352,000 to support Red Cross Emergency Services.

Music legends and Grammy Award winning artists Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss & Union Station Featuring Jerry Douglas will be touring together throughout the spring and summer. The 35 city U.S. tour will make a stop at Artpark in Lewiston, NY on Saturday, June 7. Kacey Musgraves will also be appearing. Tickets go on sale next Friday, March 14 at 10am and will be available at Artpark.net, Tickets.com and the Artpark box office.

The tour will mark the first time that Willie Nelson and Family& Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas have shared the stage together. The two groups' unique personalities combined with impeccable musicianship and decades of award-winning songs are sure to create a show full of unforgettable moments.
