Thanksgiving is coming up quick gents, and that means it's time to start planning what to wear for this most glorious of holidays.

I almost always insist on wearing corduroys during Thanksgiving. They are one of the most comfortable pants you can wear on a day when you want to look good, but after your second helping of stuffing you also want to be comfortable. I've been loving my current pair of Levi's 511 slim fit corduroys, especially in this hunter green color. They pair nicely with this plaid blazer from Ralph Lauren's latest Holiday Collection which is sure to wow the relatives when you walk through the door.

The temperature's been pretty warm so far this month, so we're not going crazy with the sweater layering this year and are just sticking with a classic oxford button down. This new tie from Swell Fellow adds the perfect amount of flair with the wooden button in the middle and is available at the new downtown store Furnishings, which we highly recommend checking out. O'Connell's is still killing it with their Buffalo-themed socks, which also pair exceptionally well with my current watch obsession: The Tudor Black Bay 7922R. The color way of the bezel on this watch is prefect and I love the distressed leather band it comes with.

Naturally, you'll be uploading fire 'grams throughout the day, whether it be outfit pics or the obligatory dinner table shot. J.Crew's new Pocket Dial made in collaboration with Jimmy Fallon is there perfect phone case for such a dapper day. Lastly, I've been living in my new Sperry Camo Chukka Boots which add just the right amount of rustic flair to finish this outfit out. Speaking of rustic, may we also suggest sipping on one of the most rustic looking beers we've seen in a while: Dogfish Head's Pennsylvania Tuxedo created in collaboration with Woolrich. It's a pale ale with a grassy citrus kick complemented by the resinous conifer notes of fresh green spruce tips. Simply put: “This beer smells like Paul Bunyan’s cologne and tastes like making out with Mother Nature.”
