Fate sometimes take us in a direction that we had no idea in pursuing. As the saying goes, "When one door closes, another one opens." Hear the heartfelt stories of those that have built a life or championed a cause due to something that happened in their personal life.

The stories of Charlotte Mulligan, founder of the 20th Century Club, Mitchell Mark, founder of the Strand movie theaters, and Maria Maltby Love, creator of the first day care center will be some of the personalities featured in the program.

One of Buffalo's favorite actors, John Fredo, will do the narative and will be accompanied by renowned organist Ralph Bacha, who will playing music that reflects the story on the restored vintage Wurlitzer organ.

This concert will be presented in the historic Forest Lawn chapel.
