6933 S Transit Rd Lockport, NY 14094Tuesday, June 20, at 7pm, New York Beer Project proudly presents an Al Fresco Gourmet food and beer pairing evening prepared and served in the NYBP outdoor Biergarten. NYBP Executive Chef Jesse Billinghurst has prepared an amazing four course menu that features beef, seafood, exotic game and a delectable dessert course. NYBP Head Brewer Jason Crossett has chosen the perfect New York Beer Project ales and lagers to pair with the four innovative dishes. Chef Jesse, and Brew Master Jason will be personally be presenting the courses and creating a dialogue about the food and beer and the ways they complement / contrast each other, as well as adding some insight, and education with each course.
Course One
Grilled Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Beer Pairing: St. Augustine Piwo Grodziskie
Course Two:
Wild Boar Ribs served with an apple butter BBQ sauce, accompanied by Elotes (Mexican Street Corn)
Beer Pairing: Hawaiian Destination, brewed with Mango, Hibiscus and Ginger
Course Three:
Grilled smoked Beef Tenderloin accompanied by Heirloom carrots
Beer Pairing: Lockport Lager, Czech Pilsner
Course Four:
Vanilla BBQ Crème Brulee
Beer Pairing: New York Amber Lager
The cost of $55 includes a complimentary pint of any of our NYBP beers upon arrival, and tax.
