Toast to Type is WNY Book Arts Center’s premiere fundraising event, now in its eighth year! On Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 6-9pm, join us at Book Arts as we “toast to type” and celebrate the creativity of bookmaking & printmaking arts! Enjoy an assortment of locally produced artisan beer and cider, hors d’oeuvres from local restaurants, creative basket raffles, music, and more! As a signature of the event, patrons are invited to participate in the creation of a variety of handmade goods – tote bags, coasters, prints, stationery & more – all printed by hand with our antique printing presses. Tickets are limited and available presale online prior to the event, and are $60 for one ticket, or $115 for a pair. All proceeds from Toast to Type support arts education programs at Book Arts, a 501(c)3 arts education non-profit!
