Douglas Jemal, founder and president of Douglas Development and CEO of One Seneca Tower, will be this year's keynote speaker. The Washington real estate investor burst ontothe Buffalo scene when he bought the 38-story One Seneca Tower this fall, paying $12 million for the 1.1 million-square-foot office building.  This is his first Buffalo investment and he is working on redevelopment plans for the landmark downtown structure. The tower adds to the nearly 10 million square feet that Jemal has in hisWashington real estate portfolio.
