Buffalo Nite
Wednesday 21st Sep, 2016
Buffalo Nite is an annual celebration of Buffalo pride and tradition right in the heart of our nation’s Capitol. The City of Good Neighbors legacy attracts hundreds of Buffalo expats and fellow New Yorkers. Charlie the Butcher arrives to serve up his beef on 'wecks personally, Chef Mike A. is now a regular, rolling his delicious beef on 'weck sushi, La Nova pizza and sponge candy...everything needed to generate tons of nostalgua.
Friends, food, fun, reminiscence, camaraderie, and conversation are sparked by memories of Millionaires’ Row, Kleinhan’s Music Hall, Hertel Avenue, Elmwood and Chippewa haunts, the Arena, the “new” airport terminal, the Aud, Shea’s Performing Arts Center, Lake Erie and the waterfront, Albright Knox, Delaware Park, the Bills, Sabres, and Bisons, the universities, Our Lady of Victory, the Allentown Art Festival, the Broadway Market, and the Anchor Bar. Each year, all that we love about Buffalo is celebrated on a special night in the shadow of the nation’s Capitol Dome. What better way to keep them all longing for home!
