Canal Fest is an 8 day event celebrating the Erie Canal and her history - the largest event held along the banks of the Ol' Erie in New York State. Nightly entertainment and daily youth activities along the banks of the Erie Canal include a parade, golf tournament, Chalk-it-up Contest, Car Cruise, Memorial Run, Diaper Derby, Duck Race, Arts & Crafts, Boat Building Challenge, amusement rides, great food, lots of music and closing fireworks.
