Intent vs. Impact: How to Respond to Unintended Microaggressions

This class provides a foundational understanding of implicit bias, microaggressions, and intent vs. impact when talking and interacting with people that are different from yourself. Participants will learn how to change ways of being and how to respond when committing unintended microaggressions.
This class is highly interactive and discussion-based. Participants should be prepared to share, talk, and engage in breakout sessions. This class is facilitated by Calvin Eaton, Director, and Founder of 540WMain, Inc.
