We're taking advantage of being able to sleep in on Thursday and staying up late! Join us in the taproom to catch up with old friends that are in town or to make some new ones. You can get your Pumpkin fix a day early too with our Amber beer release. Invite your friends and family and we'll see you there!

HISTORY:
Philosofest is our tribute to Sir George Ripley who wrote the Compound of Alchymy (Ripley’s Twelve Gates). As legend has it, the Philosopher's Stone was able to achieve turning base metals into gold and silver and bestow long life or even immortality.

Just like alchemy, the chemical process of brewing takes practice, diligence, determination, and morale. We aim to create the exceptional beer from the fermentation of the finest ingredients. And if you ask us, grains can be turned into gold.
