Veterans & Active Duty are Free with ID - (free tickets available at the door). Due to capacity limitations, accompanying guests, including members, are strongly encouraged to pre-purchase timed e-tickets due to capacity limitations. Walk-ins may be turned away if capacity is surpassed. To maintain our capacity limit and the safety of both visitors and staff, we encourage visitors to limit their visit to 1-1.5 hours.

Honoring military veterans and those who have served or are serving in the United States Armed Forces!  Veterans and active duty military with ID are admitted free to the Botanical Gardens on Veterans Day. 

The Botanical Gardens is a national historic site, education center and tourist destination full of exotic horticulture treasures from around the world.  Enjoy the amazing architecture and the indoor and outdoor garden sanctuaries. It is a gathering place where visitors can find peace and harmony and enjoy the simple power of the natural world. We hope you will spend the day with us and thank you for your service!
