MIA Battle of the Corporate Bands

A friendly competition created to promote music and workplace teambuilding. Event proceeds will benefit Music is Art (MiA) and Arts Services Initiative of WNY (ASI). The Battle will feature corporate sponsors and their bands made up of employees who play music on the side. Each band will try to steal the spotlight in front of co-workers, friends, and live music fans! 

Participating bands will include: 
Methane from National Fuel 
Nikki and the Actuators from Moog 
and The Dry Face Seals from Ingersoll Rand

Local band Fluse will close the show! 

Competition winners will be determined by a panel of judges and audience response. The winning band will receive a plaque, a 4-hour recording package at GCR Audio, and a mainstage performance spot at the 2018 Music is Art Festival, as well as bragging rights for the year! 

This event will also feature a raffle of several items including a season pass to Buffalo Iron Works and more!
