L’amour comique!
It is Paris. The weather is fair and “l’amour” is in the air. The old fuddy-duddy Sganarelle insists on a domineering strictness in the education of his young ward Isabelle whom he intends to marry “toute de suite.” However, “mon dieu,” the intrigue mounts as the desperate young lovers and the impudent servants cleverly deceive and dodge the supremely suspicious Sganarelle as he is, unwittingly, about to get punked!
