Rockin' Eco Hero - Steve Trash is bringing his award winning TRASH & RECYCLE SHOW to town! Steve Trash is an amazing illusionist, eco-educator, and world traveler. The Trash & Recycle Show (winner of the EEAA - Best Environmental Education Program award in 2011) is a terrific way to inspire students to take better care of planet Earth. Kids attending the Steve Trash show will learn about waste reduction (the magic of reduce, reuse, recycle), the water cycle, the web of life, solar energy, and many more eco-concepts. They’ll also witness astounding world class green magic illusions. An award winning performer, Steve Trash (EEAA - 2011 - Environmental Educator of the Year Award Winner) is also a founding board member of Keep The Shoals Beautiful and is a lifetime member of the Alabama Association for Environmental Education. He's a member of the Academy of Magical Arts, the North American Association for Environmental Education, the National Recycling Coalition and Steve was green waaaay before green was cool! He actually lives in a green home in the tiny hamlet of Frog Pond, Alabama (population 76...when he's not home).
