Site Open: 10:30 - 2:30 (early arrival encouraged but not required)

11:00 - Demo

11:00 - 12:00 - Registration - go directly to assigned location

12:00 - Arrival time for pre-registered

12:05 - Opening remarks

12:15 - Load Buffalo formation

12:20 - Aerial photo

12:25 - Ceremony

12:30 - Lunch

12:30 - 2:00 - Music by Heard of Buffalo

12:30 - 2:00 - Candid group photos

T-Shirt pickup at Canalside Tuesday, June 10th.  Please send a representative from your group to pickup your event T-shirts with wrist bands.
