On Sunday, May 19, Graylynn Gin Bar & Bistro will host its first Cocktail Collective, an evening inspired by St. George Botanivore Gin. The downtown restaurant, well known for its masterful original cocktails, invites guests to join its team and six local bartenders to explore the art of well-crafted cocktails.

Each of the evening’s bartenders has developed a signature cocktail for the event, which ticketholders will sample while watching a demonstration of the cocktail’s creation. Guests can also anticipate passed hors d’oeuvres and free entry into a raffle to win various prizes, including gift cards to local restaurants. The evening also features an inspired craft cocktail for only $8. Called St. Symphony, the drink is comprised of St. George Botanivore Gin, Amaro dell Etna, honey, bee pollen, fresh lemon, dandelion, and chamomile served over an edible flower enclosed in ice.
