A group of writers in the 1950s hysterically compete for the attention of Max Prince during his ongoing battles with NBC.

Laughter on the 23rd Floor focuses on Neil Simon’s own early career experience as a junior writer of Sid Caesar’s “Your Show of Shows” and “Caesar’s Hour“ and provides an intimate look of the cackles and chaos behind the scenes of writing and producing a hit comedy show during the 1950s golden age of television.
