Entrepreneurial Workshop: Leadership Fundamentals with Lori Miller

When placed in a position of authority, individuals need to be able to handle that responsibility using a set of unique competencies. Participants will learn the differences between leadership and management, the art of inspiring, required competencies to effectively lead, and clarify their role for fulfilling the organizational mission. Participants will evaluate their skills and behaviors necessary for leadership, understand techniques for better leading people, and develop an action plan for growth.
