In this fast-paced week, campers will learn how to stay fit and active to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We will learn about our bodies’ physiological needs and how we can support those needs with proper nutrition and exercise. We will learn how to calculate our heart rates, make stress balls and participate in a camper-created obstacle course. This camp is perfect for children who want to learn more about being happy and healthy.
