Her training in Internal Medicine was also completed in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Regalla has also earned a master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition.

Dr. Regalla has practiced internal medicine for more than 25 years in the Buffalo community. In addition to her role as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at UB and Adjunct Professor of Nutrition at the New York Chiropractic College, she is a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. Dr. Regalla is listed in the Cambridge Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women in Healthcare, Top Physicians in America/ Internal Medicine and Nutrition, and is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the American College of Physicians. She is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York.

Dr. Regalla currently specializes in functional medicine, nutritional medicine, and nutrigenomics. Functional medicine involves the origins, prevention, and treatment of complex chronic disease. Functional medicine physicians look "upstream" to consider the complex web of interactions in the patient's history, physiology, and lifestyle to address the healthcare needs of the 21st century. Dr. Regalla is a pioneer in this cutting–edge approach to medical care, which combines traditional medicine practices with integrative medicine, creating a focus on prevention and treatment through nutrition, diet, and exercise; the use of the latest laboratory testing and other diagnostic techniques; and prescribed combinations of drugs and/or botanical medicines, supplements, therapeutic diets, detoxification programs, or stress-management techniques.

This seminar is FREE and will start at 6:30 PM sharp. Light refreshments will be offered.

Funding for this program was made possible by the State of New York. The views expressed in written materials or publications and by speakers or moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the State.
