In this workshop a yoga sequence called Exercises for Joints and Glands will be taught and practiced with the intention of empowering students to be able to recall and practice the same sequence at home after the workshop. This yoga sequence is so simple and foundational that it can be beneficial for anyone. This is a suitable set of exercises for people just getting started with a yoga practice, for those with extensive experience who would like to reconnect with the basics and enhance their practice, and for everyone in between. The benefits of these exercises are comprehensive and include increased circulation, increased flexibility and range of motion, released tension, and restored vitality in body and mind. People struggling with arthritis and rheumatism also enjoy relief with this practice. Additionally, this series provides the foundation necessary for furthering the practice of hatha yoga.

Cost: $60 includes a copy of the book, Exercises for Joints and Glands as taught by Swami Rama of the Himalayan Institute.
