45th Annual Niagara Frontier Antique & Classic Boat and Car Show

The 45th Annual Niagara Frontier Antique & Classic Boat Show promises an unforgettable experience for maritime and vintage enthusiasts alike, set against the picturesque backdrop of the historic Buffalo Launch Club in Grand Island, NY. This year’s event, taking place on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, will showcase over 120 award-winning vintage mahogany runabouts, cruisers, and early fiberglass "glassics" spanning the 1920s to the 1960s. A highlight of the day is the special appearance of the Buffalo Maritime Center's full-sized replica of the historic Erie Canal Boat, Seneca Chief, offering visitors a unique opportunity to step back in time and explore this iconic vessel from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Alongside the stunning boats, the show will feature a classic car show with over 100 select vehicles, hands-on activities for children, working model boat displays, a seminar on the history of Chris-Craft Boats, and a lively nautical flea market. With free admission, a $10.00 per car parking fee, and food and beverage tents open all day, this family-friendly event is expected to draw a crowd of over 5,000 spectators, continuing its legacy as one of the finest antique boat shows in the country.
