Collecting Series Part 2 - Coins

Harley J. Spiller will take us on a visceral dive into what it's like to be a collector. He will share insights about collecting protocol and strategy as well as techniques for using collections to foster lifelong learning. Attendees of all ages will be encouraged to handle unique highlights of Spiller's collection, while his lively tales carry you from the 11th floor of the Federal Reserve Bank and its rare banknote collection (including some truly bad counterfeits) to downtown Buffalo and its little-known connection to the almighty U.S. dollar.
