A four-course food & beer pairing dinner featuring gourmet plates from the New "Foodie" Culture of New Orleans. Then we're making it a good 'ole Mardi Gras party by pairing these 2017 Cajun dishes with our New York Beer Project fresh craft. Beads will be provided for this delicious night of fun and frolick!

Course One: Louisiana Crab Maison Salad. Paired with "GameDay" Belgian White

Course Two: Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Over Cheesy Grits. Paired with "Hamilton" American Porter

Course Three: N'Awlins Crispy Chicken Confit. Paired with "Destination" IPA

Course Four: Project Bananas Foster. Paired with "Nectar of the Gods" Imperial Stout
