Following the screening, Chae and Team Radio will host the third annual TEAMWORK BBQ Sunday evening at Buffalo Iron Works in the city’s Cobblestone District. This year, Chae has gathered the talents of Nameless and Ezamädi for three live performances, with additional DJ sets by DeadAsDisco. Acts will follow a family-style barbecue at Iron Works, as the hosts encourage camaraderie and community within the local music scene and offer an environment to foster it in. In June, Team Radio teamed up with the Western New York Book Arts Center to hand-print exclusive posters for the event. Students from Tapestry Charter School were invited for a crash course in letterpress and spent an afternoon printing the posters, which will be sold at TEAMWORK2014, with proceeds being donated to Peace of the City.
