One of the largest city halls in America, Buffalo City Hall is an Art Deco masterpiece inside and out. The tour usually includes the Council Chambers, Mayor's Office, and the best view in Buffalo from the 28th floor Observation Deck.
Meet in City Hall lobby, 65 Niagara Square. FREE (donations accepted). One-hour guided walking tour, no reservations.
