The 9th Annual Book and Paper Show & Sale
About the Show
SATURDAY MAY 4, 2019 - 10AM TO 4PM AT 23 ELM STREET (EASON HALL), WESTFIELD, NEW YORK $5 ADMISSION, with a student rate of $3 (you all know how hard it is to get younger people interested) and children 12 and under accompanied by and adult, free.
The Book and Paper Show is a one day event that will feature up to 25 dealers of Antiquarian books, Photography, Fine art prints, Maps, Children's books, Local history, Sheet music, Ephemera, Postcards, First editions, Bindings, Historic documents, Magazines, Trade cards, Americana, Illustrated books, and the like, in the main display area along with various other things of interest such as representatives from the Chautauqua County Historical Society, the Chautauqua County Genealogical Society (selling their various publications), Local and Regional Railroad book author Ken Springirth with his multiple titles relating to Western Pennsylvania, New York, and Northeastern Ohio Railroad and Trolley Car book signing and sale, and for those of you in need of book repair services, Deb Eck is an accomplished book binder.
Perhaps you might consider making a day of it. There are a couple of nice antique stores on Westfield's Main Street, some interesting places to eat, and of course the McClurg Museum, Home of the Society's Collection of Chautauqua County and Regional artifacts. Tours are $5 per person with children and members free. The museum is open from 10AM to 4PM Monday thru Saturday and just a short walk across the park from the show at Eason Hall.
Donations:
We are accepting donations of items appropriate for the show that will be sold at the Society's table, the proceed's of which go to the Society. If you have a thing or things you would like to donate please contact me (see contact info below) or bring it along and drop it off.
Advertising:
We do have pdf files of some of our advertising if any of you are in a position to print some up and distribute in your area. Just please let me know if you are willing to help us with this, and I will send something out to you.

Special Rates:
Admission is $5 with a student rate of $3 (you all know how hard it is to get younger people interested) and children 12 and under accompanied by and adult, free. We hope to provide group rates should there be any groups asking about it. Contact us for more information in general or about a group rate.
