Buffalo’s West Side was once a hotbed of mob activity and government surveillance as law enforcement tried to make a dent in the criminal underworld, often with little success. The tour meets in front of Providence Social restaurant at 490 Rhode Island Street, Buffalo, NY. Free street parking is available on Rhode Island, Chenango, and other nearby streets.
