Wish You Were Here | Arcangel Gallery Exhibit

This show debuts a series of illustrations that celebrate our Botanical Gardens and the artist’s childhood memories of them. Designed to create a sense of wonder and whimsy, the artwork brings vintage poster illustration to mind, and aims to honor this historic institution and all of the living things that grow here.

Meet the artist, Cat Willett!

Cat Willett is a freelance illustrator from Buffalo, currently based in Brooklyn, NY. She is the author and illustrator of two published books, and creates comics about gender, parenting, and current issues for publications including the Washington Post, the New Yorker, and the New York Times.
