Saturday brunch at Hydraulic Hearth is back! Bagels & Booze will once again invite West Side co-op bakery BreadHiveto take over its brick oven for a brunch built around bagel sandwiches, complete with a full bar and live music. 

Baked in view by BreadHive, bagels will be offered a la carte as well as in sandwiches such as traditional lox with cream cheese and cucumber or vegan banh mi. Hydraulic Hearth’s full bar will offer a wide variety of "bloody" and "bubbly" beverages, along with the addition of “starters” such as the “short stack,” which mixes maple rye and Buffalo Distilling Co.’s One Foot Cock bourbon. Live music will come from familiar faces to the event, including the Rear View Ramblers (every first Saturday), Vinnie DeRosa(second), Buffalo's Band Named Sue (third) and Jony James Band (fourth).
