Buffalo Civil War Roundtable General Ulysses S. Grant in person

The Buffalo Civil War Roundtable is pleased to announce that General Ulysses S. Grant will be coming to Buffalo on Friday October 24, 2014 to address our members and guests on the subject of the Vicksburg campaign for the finale of our lecture series. The General, will be portrayed by Dr. E.C. Fields Jr., renowned Grant interpreter. General Grant will be accompanied by Mrs. Grant, portrayed by Dr. Fields’ wife.
Dr. Curt Fields travels the country portraying General Grant, and was recently chosen to portray the General at the Sesquicentennial of the surrender of General Lee to General Grant at the McLean House at Appomattox Court House National Historical Park in April, July and October 2015. General Grant and his wife will enlighten us with their interpretation of the brilliantly successful Vicksburg Campaign.
As the nation’s leading Grant interpreter we are honored to have Dr. Fields visit the Buffalo Civil War Roundtable. Come join us for a memorable evening.
