The Amherst Center for Senior Services will present a Care Givers Workshop on Friday, May 27, 2016  from 9:00 AM—12:00 Noon.  Topics covered will include understanding Alzheimer's and dementia, what can you do if your loved one has a serious illness, exploring different levels of care, and what community services are available. 

The event is free and open to the public.  Light refreshments will be served. The Care Givers Workshop is sponsored by Heathwood Assisted Living.  Reservations required by calling 636-3055, ext. 3108.  The Amherst Center for Senior Services is located at 370 John James Audubon Parkway, behind the Audubon Library, in Amherst, New York.
