Cub Scout Pack 592 of Orchard Park, NY is hosting a fall recruitment camp fire for all boys in first through fifth grades that are interested in having fun and exciting adventures. The camp fire will be held on Tuesday, September 19th at 7:00 PM at Windom Volunteer Fire Company. Windom Volunteer Fire Company is located at 3736 Abbott Road, Orchard Park NY 14127 at the corner of Abbott Road and Olympic Avenue.

Our fall recruitment camp fire will feature fun scout songs and skits. During the camp fire we will also be roasting marshmallows and making s’mores! There is no charge to participate in this event and all members of the family are welcome to attend.

The Cub Scouting program offers fun and challenging adventures that promote character development, citizenship, and physical fitness. It is a great way to spend quality time with your family in a fun and meaningful way. Boys can begin as early as Kindergarten and is open to any boy up to Fifth Grade. Boys starting at age 11 can join a local Boy Scout troop. Pack 592 is one of the Boy Scouts of America's Cub Scout packs that serve more than 1.3 million boys nationwide. Cub Scouts is a year-round program uniquely designed to meet the needs of young boys in grades 1 through 5 and their families. The cub pack meets monthly on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM at Windom Volunteer Fire Company at 3736 Abbott Road, Orchard Park NY 14127.

The Windom Volunteer Fire Company started with 20 members in 1928 and today has 47 active members. The company provides fire and EMS services to 2500 families as well as providing protection to the 60,000 spectators that arrive for the Buffalo Bills football games.
