Downsizing and advanced directives seminar

A seminar covering issues related to real estate downsizing and advanced directives will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Presbyterian Village at North Church, an independent living community located at 214 Village Park Drive, Williamsville. Tours of the facility will be offered following the seminar.

Presenting the seminar will be Michael Olear, a licensed real estate broker from The Olear Team at MJ Peterson Real Estate, who will discuss downsizing, and attorney Rob Ratajczak Jr., P.C., who will cover wills, power of attorney and health care proxies.  

“The goal of the seminar is to help lower the stress level through the downsizing process, and to answer any legal questions that our attendees may have,” said Olear.
