Members of the community are invited to a free Fall Prevention seminar on Wednesday, November 29 at 10 am at the Hamburg Senior Center, 4540 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg.

The seminar will feature guest speaker Carlen Koons, PT, DPT, WCC from Autumn View

Health Care Facility who will talk about balance techniques, safety tips and simple at-home exercises.
