Flying Bison CHILIFEST
February is exactly the month of the year we could use some HEAT. Head to Flying Bison to spice things up with the annual chili cook-off for charity, CHILIFEST!
Tui Osborne, whose island-tinged take on classics & pop favorites both old and new, will take the heat up yet another notch. He will be playing from 1:00-4:00pm.
Tasting bowls and spoons will be provided, but you will need to bring your own crock pot and serving spoon.
This year's charity recipient is "WINGS Flights of Hope". Based out of Orchard Park, WINGS's mission is to help people in need of free air transportation for medical and humanitarian purposes. Basically helping anyone, anytime, anyplace. Learn more about this great organization at http://
Each year, contestants sign up their kitchen's best chili recipes to compete against one another for bragging rights and free beer. raising funds for a local charity in the process. Just send your name, phone number & your chili's name to : info@flyingbisonbrewing.co
Judges (everyone with an appetite and a few bucks to donate) can purchase individual tasting tickets (100% of the proceeds go to charity) to try as many chilis as they want, and then vote for their favorites. The winners shall be announced at 4:00pm.
