The We are Dwyer Peer Support Program of the Veterans One-stop Center of WNY invites all veterans and their adult family members and friends to attend a free weekly yoga class taught by a certified yoga instructor. Class is held at the Veterans One-stop Center of WNY which is located inside of the Christ Community Church at 140 Genesee Street in Lockport, NY. Yoga runs from 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM every Thursday, and mats are provided as well as blocks at a first come first served basis.
