The 2015 Freezer 5K Run and walk is gearing up for its biggest & boldest year ever!  Home base is Buffalo Iron Works on Illinios St. smack dab in the center of Buffalo's Cobblestone District.  Runners get your calendars cleared for the annual Freezer featuring a blisteringly fun 3.1 around Buffalo's Cobblestone District  and Erie Basin Marina during this amazing time of year.  All the action starts & finishes at Buffalo Iron Works near FN Arena including registration and post-race festivities.  11am race start.  Registration opens at 9am at Buffalo Iron Works. 

The Freezer 5K course uses roads surrounding the Arena and Erie Basin Marina.  Dress for the weather!  We've seen it all: sun, wind, snow & ice.

Pre-register or come down on race-day to enter.  A fun post-race party, lunch and awards ceremony takes place in the warm and toasty Buffalo Iron Works after the race.  A HUGE thank you to our terrific sponsors and volunteers for helping keep the Freezer a buffalo tradition.
