Join us for our combined bowling night and an exciting Auction of Talents! Come to have a fantastic time and help Good Neighbors start up.

Attendees can enjoy two games of bowling (shoes included) in a team of up to five friends, or you can join a team on the night.

The Auction of Talents is about people's skills. Everyone has a talent or skill or knowledge that someone else is interested in that they are able to promise to share. People bid on the promises at the event, with the highest bidder winning the promise and the proceeds going to help Good Neighbors start up.

Promises can be just about anything that people might be interested in. They can be useful, interesting, or just plain ridiculous. Some of the exciting promises we have so far include:

A Tarot reading
An hours' acting lesson with the co-creator of the Syracuse Fringe Festival
A marketing or branding strategy from the Deputy Director of West Side Neighborhood Housing Services
Answering machine messages of your choice in a British accent
Learn how to walk across the street without looking (from a real blind guy)
A professionally recorded original jingle/radio spot for you or your organization

And much, much more: we have everything from conversational Hindi to dog sitting!
