Guided Listening and Self-Care Circle
Tuesday 17th Nov, 2020
The weight of these days--isolation, anger, grief, fear--is hard to carry alone. And no one should have to. This gathering offers you a safe and confidential space to share what is on your heart with the support of community. Be heard with compassion as we learn to support one another without being judgmental, directive or invasive. Guidance from the facilitator will include brief teachings, time for meditation/silence and holding space for healing.
