Hospice 2017 Memorial Walk

We welcome you to walk with your family, friends and neighbors to support such an important cause. This beautiful day at Canalside includes our 5k walk or 1 mile Fun Walk, picnic lunch sponsored by Wegmans, games, prizes, mascots, face painting, music and so much more! 

Register as an individual or gather everyone you know to form a TEAM! Registration is just $25 (through May 11, $40 after) and kid’s 12 and under are free. Fundraise to earn great rewards like a 2017 Walk t-shirt & hat, Wegmans gift cards, memory ribbon and more!
