Dementia Screening is hosted by Buffalo Occupational Therapy (AWP LLC) and all screens performed by NYS Registered and Board Certified Occupational Therapists.
If you or your loved one are experiencing symptoms of memory loss causing concern, a free and simple research-based assessment can identify areas of concern. One in three cases of diagnosed dementia are caused by health conditions that, if addressed early enough, could have been prevented. In 20 minutes or less, you can have peace of mind and empower yourself by taking the next steps you need to take to ensure healthy aging!
