Irish tenor Paul Byrom returns to American audiences with his new show The Great Irish Songbook. In the show Paul will sing songs written by some of Ireland's finest songwriters, going as far back as THOMAS MOORE and PERCY FRENCH, to modern day Ireland's PHIL COULTER, RALPH McTELL, BRENDAN GRAHAM, JIMMY McCARTHY, VAN MORRISON, PAUL BRADY, and many, many more. This wide and varied showcase of Irish music will be sure to please with songs such as, "Courtin' In The Kitchen," "Macushla," "Just A Song At Twilight," "Phil The Fluters Ball," "The Town I Loved So Well," "Scorn Not His Simplicity", "Dublin In The Rare Old Times", "The Contender", "The Island", along with several others, including the greatest of them all, "Danny Boy".This family friendly show is sure to have you smiling and perhaps even shedding a tear as the songs inspire a feeling of reminiscence.
