Pet Connection Programs Inc., a maternity and special care shelter for dogs and cats located in Marilla, will hold a drive-through chicken barbecue from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Variety Club Banquet Hall, 6114 Broadway, Lancaster.

Dinner will include a half chicken, noodle salad, dinner roll and a corn bake. The cost for the chicken dinner is just $10 per person, and all proceeds will help shelter animals and future rescues. Unable to fundraise due to the pandemic, this event is extremely important to the future of the shelter. 

Pet Connection will also have their famous treat-filled doggy bags available during the event for a $10 donation to the shelter.
