Strengthening Families Celebration

This free event will feature scientific experiments, technology, animal exhibits, games, prizes and more for children and adolescents. “Keeping Our Children Safe” is this year’s event theme designed to coincide with National Fire Prevention Week. The Buffalo Fire Department will bring a state-of-the-art fire engine to the event to educate children about how they work and what they do to help keep families and children safe year round. Parents will also be able to learn about tuition-free educational and training programs available at the EOC.  The University at Buffalo mascot, Victor E. Bull, will also be in attendance to take pictures and have fun with the kids.
