Free, guided noon-time 30-minute Wellness Walk. Occurring every Wednesday in the month of October. Each walk will explore a different area of downtown Buffalo, highlighting historic sites and architectural treasures. The health benefits of walking are innumerable and range from increasing energy, reducing high blood pressure and cholesterol to bolstering positive mood. Everyone is welcome!
