Wings Flights of Hope volunteers help patients by flying them to and from medical treatments for free. The Wings Flight Annual BBQ is a fun way to support this serious endeavor. Tickets to one of Buffalo's biggest BBQs are just $35 (pre-sale), $40 at the door.
