Yoga Fest Presented by Independent Health and Outer Harbor

Expect a full day of fitness and fun with express yoga sessions taught by Cory Sampson, HEAL BFLO, Soma Cura, Afrochick Yoga, and the YMCA Buffalo Niagara.

In between classes, explore the wellness vendor village, featuring local businesses like Go Veggies, Kornerstone Cafe and Juice Bar, Rosaic Clothing, Wildflower Meadery, Soul Vibes 716, and more. Independent Health will also have FREE giveaways (while supplies last.)

Tickets are just $15 and grant access to ALL yoga sesions. It's a workout for a cause, as all proceeds are donated to the Independent Health Foundation’s Fitness for Kids Challenge.
