Buffalo Iron Works
49 Illinois St Buffalo, NY 14203At only 22 years old, Dylan exploded on to the Country scene, making headlines and building a faithful following. Dylan uses feel good harmonica riffs and vivid storytelling mixed with a driving rock beat, to captivate his audience within the music. By focusing on constantly improving himself as a musician, he not only plays guitar, but also the harmonica, drums, pedal steel, mandolin and banjo; skills he uses when bringing his songs to life. From supporting Dierks Bentley, Joe Nichols, Lee Brice, Montgomery Gentry, Chris Young, Parmalee, Kelsea Ballerini, Michael Ray and more, to participating in countless Country Festivals and Fairs, Dylan has already made quite the name for himself. Dylan has been featured nationally on Country Radio and prestigious online news sites: Taste Of Country, The Boot, AXS, Huffington Post and American Songwriter.
“Put aside your want for a mixed country song with a pop feel to it and embrace what country should be comprised of, soulful lyrics and an acoustic guitar. Dylan brings back the classic sound while infusing his take on the country genre and the outcome is an ear pleasing tune” (TWSJ 2014).
Dylan’s new album, From Where I Began, was mixed by Nashville’s resident “go-to” guy, Billy Decker. Dylan went into this album not knowing where he wanted to record or who he wanted to track with, but from the beginning knew that Billy was the man to bring these songs to the next level. “Billy’s mixes are one of a kind and elevate each song to their full potential. If you look at the people he’s worked with [Chris Young, Sam Hunt, Parmalee], you can hear in each hit that he’s the guy that makes your songs stand out. That’s what I wanted for my whole album… a stand out group of songs that fit in just enough to make a splash. FWIB is something that I can’t fully describe yet. It’s a collection of my favorite songs that I handpicked to bring on the road with me this summer. The title track [From Where I Began], is one of the more vulnerable songs I’ve ever written. I am the guy that works until the work is done, then finds more work to do. I am fueled on stress and don’t want anything handed to me. My day is never done. I don’t want to be like everyone else. I believe in myself and believe in my music. I don’t wanna be another one of many, I wanna write the songs I want, and I wanna bust my ass to show that this is where I’m supposed to be. This is only the beginning. This is From Where I Began.”
