Great Blue Heron music festival

The Great Blue Heron Festival delivers an eclectic musical lineup that the whole family can enjoy. 2013 spotlights Donna the Buffalo, The Campbell Brothers, Lake Street Dive, Kevin Kinsella w/ Mosaic Foundation, Big Leg Emma and many more to fill three stages almost around the clock for three days. This event, always over Independence Day weekend, includes more than just music. Between performances, you can go for a swim at the spring-fed pond, hike or bike along forested trails, or relax at the cozy Café in the Woods. The festival midway also offers an exotic variety of fresh-cooked fare, arts & crafts. All ages will enjoy our Kids’ Tent, Teen Tent and workshop programming. Patrons can camp overnight or visit for the day. The Blue Heron has been a homecoming for many since it's beginning in 1992 and has grown more harmonious every year.
